This tutorial was written using PSX - you should be able to do it in other versions
Materials and Filters Required:

The scrap image is from Scrappy Expressions.
The texture is from L and K.
Place the brush in your brushes folder, put the gradient in
your gradients file, the texture in your textures file and open
the tubes in psp. If you use your own tube you
will need one that you can make look like it is climbing
out of the graphic.
Open a new image 700X500 transparent and fill these with
the gradient metalliek silver.
Adjust - blur - Gaussian Blur: 15.
Effects - texture effects - texture LK36.
Activate your preset shape tool - rectangle.
Turn off your foreground and change the background to grey colour #757476.
Draw a rectangle approximately 300x250 in size - don't
worry about position we will move it
Convert to a raster Layer
Image - free rotate - right 45 degrees.
Shuffle along to left and top edges.
Effects - texture effects - blinds.
Effects - drop shadow: 2-0-65-15 black
Layer duplicate - slide down.
Turn
off visibility on your background layer and activate one
of the other layers.
Layers merge - merge visible layers.
Layers duplicate - image mirror. Merge visible
layers
Turn back on your background Layer
Activate the top
layer.
Activate again your preset shape tools - draw a square
in the middle of your picture about 350 X 350
Convert to a raster layer.
Selections - select everything - selections floating -
selections modify - contract 20 pixels.
Fill the selection with your gradient
Selections modify contract - 15 pixels.
Do not deslect.
Layer - new raster layer.
Fill the selection with your grey background colour.
Selections - select nothing.
Copy your tube and paste as a new Layer .
Slide the tube inside the frame.
Take your selection tool and draw round any body parts
outside of the middle square you want to get rid of then
press delete. Give it a drop shadow if you wish.
Copy the snakeRingband
image and paste as a new Layer - colourise
to suit your graphic if necessary.
Slide to right. See finished picture for positioning.
Layer duplicate - image mirror, slide up a bit.
Copy the hanger and paste as a new Layer you
may need to drag it down under your tube layer.
Place where you are happy with it.
Activate the background Layer which should be your
bottom layer
Activate your brush tools and find the brush: shapes4-ECbrush
001.
Stamp these with a colour you like on the both sides underneath each
other.
Layers merge.
Go to your text tool and type your name.
The gradient is the foreground colour and your main
colour as background.
Move in to place.
Image - add border- 1 pixel grey.
Image - add border - 10 pixels in your colour.
Using your magic wand select the colour border
Effects - Gregs factory output 2 - poolshadow, the
bottom 2 settings on 128.
Selections - select nothing.
Image - add border - 1 pixel grey.
Add your watermark and resize your graphic if necessary.
