- I used a different tube to that supplied from here  http://www.suzi.studiosgai.com/tubepg01.htm and a different background that I got from http://www.sxc.hu/index.phtml

Place the texture in your psp textures file.

Open the tubes in PsP.

Open a new image 800X555 transparency.

Choose a medium shade to work with from your background picture fill the image.

Copy  the frame, and paste  as a new layer.

Activate the bottom layer.

Copy  the background and paste  as a new layer.
Position/resize if necessary.

Activate the frame layer (raster 2).

Select with your magic wand  (tolerance on 2) the middle part of the frame.

Selections invert.

Activate the layer with the background graphic (raster 3) and press delete.

Selections - deselect.

Activate the top layer.

Copy  the women tube and paste  as a new layer.
Position.

Effects - drop shadow with the following settings:

Activate the bottom layer.

Draw a rectangle using your  selection tool at both sides as shown below. It helps to have your ruler on and draw a width of about 50 and all the way down top to bottom.

Selection invert.

Effects - texture effects - texture SS032:

Effects - drop shadow with same settings as before and then  repeat with -3.

Selections nothing select.

Activate the top layer.

Copy  the flake edge and paste  as a new layer.
Slide over to the right.

At the left side, you can place now your name and repeat the drop shadow.
Don't forget your watermark.

Merge visible layers.

Resize your animation/graphic if necessary

Please keep names of tubes and watermarks intact.
