This tutorial was written using PSX

To import the brushes:  Go to File, import, custom brush, click on open and find the files where your brushes have been downloaded to, hold shift and select all of the brushes you need, click on open, then click on add all, then ok - your brushes will now be imported in to your psp brush folder)

Let's start the tutorial:

1. Open a new image transparent 700X500 .

2. Choose a dark colour from the background plate (I used #131f2f) and fill the image.

3. Copy your background picture (or the one supplied) and insert as a new layer.

4. Selections - select all - float- defloat.

5. Effects - Bordermania - frame#2 with the following settings:

6. Effects - drop shadow, colour white :

7. Repeat using  -2 -2 50 12.

8. Open the SCRAPTUBE102, using your selection too select the middle corner as shown below

9. Copy and paste as a new layer.

10. Move to the right corner.

11. Layer duplicate - image mirror.

12. Layer duplicate - image flip.

13. Layer duplicate - image mirror.

14. Copy the SCRAPTUBE100 and paste as a new layer.
Move to the top as shown in the final graphic.

15. Effects - drop shadow, same settings and repeat with -2 -2.

16. Set your foreground colour on white.

17. You activate bottom layer(raster 1).

18. Activate your brush tools and find brush WLJLINES1 001.

19. Stamp these a few time along the strap, see example.

20. And also along the underside of your background picture, see below.

21. Activate the top layer.

22. Copy the Christmas tree tube and paste as a new layer.
 

23. Move over to the left.

24. Give the same drop shadow: 2 2 50 12 colour white.

25. Activate your brush tools and find brush ab-words-fixedly 001. Stamp these with the colour white on your graphic. Move over to the right.

26. Copy the Newyeartekst tube and paste as a new layer.
Move this text to the top left
 

27. If you are happy merge visible layers.

28. Place your name - using the same drop shadow as previously and then add your watermark.

29. Image - edges add - 2 pixels with a silver pattern.

30. Reduce your image if necessary.
